At Aslin Fashion School, career guidance begins with helping trainees understand their strengths, interests and unique creative abilities so they can clearly define the kind of fashion professionals they want to become.

Through one‑on‑one conversations, group sessions and practical evaluation of each student’s work, our team guides learners to choose the right focus areas—such as dressmaking, tailoring, bridal wear, millinery or soft furnishings—and to set realistic career and business goals.

Our guidance and mentoring activities cover:

• Helping students identify their design strengths, preferred styles and long‑term fashion aspirations.
• Advising on suitable training paths, short courses and advanced modules that match each learner’s goals.
• Providing information on starting a fashion business, pricing, branding, social media marketing and client management.
• Supporting students as they build portfolios, promote their work online and prepare to launch or grow their own fashion brands.
